Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix coconut oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for rolling.
- Form dough into balls, roll in cinnamon sugar, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
