A healthy soup recipe suitable for the Daniel Fast.
Zutaten

- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
- Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
