  • 1 zucchini, diced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add carrots, celery, and bell pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in zucchini, diced tomatoes, broth, basil, and oregano.
