A selection of sweet recipes suitable for the Daniel Fast.
Zutaten
Skala
- 1 cup of dates, pitted
- 1 cup of almond butter
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Anweisungen
- Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the processor.
- Blend until mixture is well combined.
- Stir in chopped nuts.
- Press mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftover sweets in the refrigerator.
- You can add dried fruits for extra flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
