- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Anweisungen
- Prepare lobster tails by cutting the shell and removing the meat.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
- Dip lobster meat in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry lobster tails for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
