- 1 boneless ribeye roast (4–5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Rub the roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme over the roast.
- Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Pour beef broth into the pan.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C).
- Continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium rare.
- Remove the roast and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
