A delicious and simple way to prepare Florida lobster.

- 2 Florida lobsters
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Anweisungen
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster halves.
- Place the lobsters on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the lobsters and cook for another 5 minutes, until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.

- Serve with additional lemon wedges.
- Pair with a side salad or rice.
