- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon thyme

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 pumpkin pie
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the innards and patting it dry.
- Mix butter, bread crumbs, onion, celery, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture and place it in a roasting pan.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Steam green beans until tender.
- Serve turkey with cranberry sauce and sides.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie.
