Zutaten
Skala
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and vegetables.
- Add ricotta cheese and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
