- 1/4 cup ginger, sliced
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Anweisungen
- Boil lobsters in salted water for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the lobsters from water and let cool.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Chop lobsters into pieces and add to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, and sugar.
- Add scallions and toss everything together.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
