- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Anweisungen
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5 minutes.
- Flip the tails and grill for another 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from the grill and brush with remaining butter before serving.
