- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Anweisungen
- In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, and salt.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in beaten eggs and vanilla.
- Layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding in a dish.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with whipped cream if desired.
