Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add softened butter and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with sugar-free jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
