- 1 lb langostino lobster meat
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Stir in flour and paprika; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add white wine and seafood stock; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cream and langostino meat; cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
