- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the russet potatoes with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes bake, mix the lobster meat, sour cream, cheddar cheese, butter, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Stuff the lobster mixture into each potato.
- Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
