Zutaten

- 1 lb fresh lobster meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Anweisungen
- Chop the lobster meat into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix lobster, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the lobster balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
