Zutaten

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Anweisungen

  1. Cook lobsters in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  2. In a pot, sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add brandy and tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add seafood stock and thyme. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  6. Add lobster meat to the pot. Stir in heavy cream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
