  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery until soft.

  3. Stir in tomato paste and paprika.
  4. Pour in brandy and cook until reduced.
  5. Add lobster stock and bring to a boil.
