Zutaten

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, bread crumbs, and eggs.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or a lemon wedge.
- Use fresh lobster for best results.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
