- 1 lobster tail
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Cook the bacon until crispy.
- Boil or grill the lobster tail until cooked.
- Remove the lobster meat from the shell and chop it.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, lobster, and bacon on one slice.
- Top with another slice of bread and repeat for the second layer.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
