Delicious lobster enchiladas with a creamy sauce.

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, half the cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Soften tortillas in a pan over low heat.
- Fill each tortilla with the lobster mixture and roll them up.
- Place enchiladas in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top.
- Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Serve with lime wedges.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
