Zutaten

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, half the cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and cumin.
  3. Soften tortillas in a pan over low heat.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the lobster mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place enchiladas in a baking dish.
