  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Layer half of the lobster meat on top.
  8. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
