A rich and creamy lobster lasagna that combines layers of pasta, cheese, and succulent lobster meat.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add a layer of noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Layer half of the lobster meat on top.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add spinach or other vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
