Anweisungen

- In another bowl, beat the butter, egg, and vanilla together.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly and sprinkle with cinnamon and erythritol mix.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
