Mini cheesecakes for Valentine’s Day.
Zutaten
Skala
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Add the egg and sour cream. Mix until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth texture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- These mini cheesecakes can be made a day in advance.
