Zutaten

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour mini cake pans.
  3. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  4. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cakes cool before removing from pans.
  10. Spread raspberry jam between layers and top with whipped cream.
  11. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
