- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Anweisungen
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder.
- Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
