  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Anweisungen

  1. Roast peanuts in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Let the peanuts cool for a few minutes.
  3. Place the peanuts in a food processor.
  4. Add salt and honey if desired.
  5. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  6. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
