- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and chopped pecans; mix until combined.
- Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Let cool completely and coat again with powdered sugar before serving.
