- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup crushed peppermint bark
- 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and peppermint extract.
- Fold in crushed peppermint bark.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and additional crushed peppermint bark if desired.
