- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup peppermint frosting
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- Crushed peppermint candies for decoration
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Crumb the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Add peppermint frosting to the crumbs and mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the cake balls for at least 30 minutes.
- Dip the end of each lollipop stick into melted white chocolate and insert into each cake ball.
- Dip the cake pops into the melted white chocolate, then roll in crushed peppermint candies.
- Place the finished cake pops in a styrofoam block to set.
