Zutaten

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup peppermint frosting
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Crushed peppermint candies for decoration

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  5. Crumb the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  6. Add peppermint frosting to the crumbs and mix until combined.
  7. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Freeze the cake balls for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Dip the end of each lollipop stick into melted white chocolate and insert into each cake ball.
  10. Dip the cake pops into the melted white chocolate, then roll in crushed peppermint candies.
  11. Place the finished cake pops in a styrofoam block to set.
