- 100g crushed biscuits
- 50g butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Anweisungen
- Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the base of a dish.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the chopped peppermint crisp chocolate.
- Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
