- 400g peppermint crisp chocolate
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 packet of plain biscuits
- 1 cup condensed milk
Anweisungen
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Melt the peppermint crisp chocolate in a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream and condensed milk.
- Add melted chocolate to the cream mixture and mix well.
- Layer the biscuit crumbs at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crumbs.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any kind of biscuit you prefer.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add peppermint extract.
