Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs, milk, and peppermint extract to the butter mixture; mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients; stir until combined.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
- For frosting, mix powdered sugar, milk, and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
