  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (for frosting)
  • Candy canes, crushed (for decoration)

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add eggs, milk, and peppermint extract to the butter mixture; mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients; stir until combined.
  6. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
