A rich and creamy soup made with lobster and aromatic spices.
Zutaten

- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and red bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly add seafood stock while stirring.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add lobster meat, cream, tomato paste, and sherry. Stir well.
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
