A copycat recipe for Red Lobster’s famous dishes.

- 1 pound of shrimp
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels.

- Serve with cocktail sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
