- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Boil water in a pot and add the dumplings.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the top.
- Remove and serve with dipping sauce.
