A creamy and cheesy seafood fondue inspired by Red Lobster.
Zutaten

- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup of shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- In a saucepan, combine cream, white wine, and garlic. Heat over medium heat until warm.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted.
- Stir in lobster and shrimp.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
- Serve with bread or vegetables for dipping.
