Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix sausage meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into strips.
- Place the sausage mixture along the center of each strip.
- Roll the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
