- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups seafood broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in the Arborio rice, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine, stirring until absorbed.
- Add seafood broth one cup at a time, stirring continuously.
- After 15 minutes, add shrimp and lobster meat.
- Cook until shrimp are pink and rice is creamy.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
