- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for rolling)
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
- Form the cookie dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week.
- For softer cookies, bake for a shorter time.
- You can chill the dough for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
