Anweisungen
- Mix flour and water in a bowl until combined.
- Add sourdough starter and salt, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding it every hour.
- Shape the dough into a heart and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Score the top of the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
