Zutaten
Skala
- 2 ribeye steaks (10 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup red wine (for sauce)
Anweisungen
- Remove steaks from the fridge and let them reach room temperature.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add butter to the pan and baste the steaks for extra flavor.
- Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same pan, add red wine and reduce for 3-4 minutes to create a sauce.
- Slice steaks and serve with the red wine sauce.
