Anweisungen
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to instructions.
- In a small saucepan, heat vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
- Once rice is cooked, transfer to a bowl and mix in vinegar mixture.
- Let rice cool to room temperature.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a border at the top.
- Add avocado, cucumber, and fish along the bottom edge.
- Roll the sushi tightly, using the mat to help.
- Slice into pieces and serve with soy sauce.
