- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
- Spread cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans, honey, and rosemary over the cranberry sauce.
- Wrap the puff pastry around the brie, sealing the edges.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
