  • Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage)

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. Rub the turkey with softened butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the cavity with onion, carrots, celery, and fresh herbs.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
  6. Roast the turkey for 3 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the pan juices.
