Zutaten

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup for topping

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, parsley, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
  5. Spread cranberry sauce on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Drizzle ketchup over the cranberry sauce.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
