A hearty and flavorful Thanksgiving meatloaf that combines traditional ingredients with a festive twist.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup for topping
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, parsley, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
- Spread cranberry sauce on top of the meatloaf.
- Drizzle ketchup over the cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can substitute ground beef for turkey if desired.
