- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring
- Buttercream or ganache for filling
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and almond flour.
- In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the dry ingredients gently.
- Add food coloring and mix until combined.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool completely.
- Fill with buttercream or ganache and sandwich together.
