- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pink food coloring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (for icing)
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
- Add pink food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
- Pour batter into greased cupcake tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before icing.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing. Decorate cupcakes.
