Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Press the dough into tart pans and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it simmers.
- Pour hot cream over the chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Fill baked tarts with chocolate ganache.
- Top with assorted candy hearts.
- Let cool and serve.
