Zutaten

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Anweisungen
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until pale.
- Heat milk in a saucepan and gradually whisk into the egg mixture.
- Cook over low heat until thickened, then cool.
- Whip heavy cream and fold into cooled mixture with mascarpone.
- Mix coffee and liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture and layer in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then top with remaining mascarpone.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
